Tempura Chikuwa
(with measured ingredients). Break egg into mixing bowl. Pour in water, add salt & msg. Beat mixture & add in flour slowly till it’s creamy.
Preparation
Cut Chikuwa (bake fish cake) into any prefered shape, Dip into batter, then into medium hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.
